This power seat cushion steel frame assembly is engineered as the core load-bearing base structure for front-row driver and passenger seats in mid-to-high-end passenger vehicles. Integrating multi-set DC drive motors, a four-bar height elevation mechanism, fore-aft sliding tracks, and an S-shaped spring suspension grid, it works with vehicle electronic control systems to deliver integrated multi-directional seat adjustment. It matches with electric backrest frames and molded foam cushions for both OEM vehicle assembly and aftermarket seat upgrade programs across ICE and new energy vehicles.
