This product is an integrated headrest support rod designed for automotive seats, utilizing precision cold-drawn hollow steel tubing as base material. Manufactured via CNC bending, end-crimping notched slotting, and precision chrome-plating, it serves as the core load-bearing insert component for seat headrests. One end embeds inside the headrest foam matrix, while the other inserts into the pre-installed backrest frame sleeve, enabling vertical height adjustment, lock positioning, and load-bearing impact protection for front and rear vehicle seat headrests.
